Founder and President
Edward G Haggerty, Jr. is a veteran political and
public relations professional who cut his teeth in Philadelphia mayoral politics. From 1989 to 1992 he served Capitol Hill as a legislative aid, speechwriter, and press secretary to Congressman Tom Foglietta. Ed managed or served as a consultant to multimillion dollar statewide races and a variety of legislative and countywide races.
From 1997 until 2004, Ed served as the primary spokesperson and public relations expert for the Law School Admission Council (LSAC), a national nonprofit educational corporation that produces the LSAT test. In addition to handling their public relations work and marketing, he led numerous marketing survey research projects and focus groups for the LSAC.
In 2004, Ed founded Decision Communications LLC, a direct mail, polling, and political consulting firm that has served nearly 100 state and local campaigns.
Ed earned a B.A. in political science from Rutgers University.
