Municipoll conducts public opinion surveys using interactive voice response (IVR) technology. Our method employs rapid automated dialers, using a digitally-recorded voice to conduct interviews with a representative random sample of respondents, rather than relying on live phone banks. Everyone taking our surveys hears the same voice every time, thereby greatly reducing the chance of interviewer bias.
